Does ILS supply and maintain 3rd party locks?

ILS has extensive industry experience, and we offer a full service in relation to 3rd party locks, including both supply and ongoing maintenance.

How do I change a code?

As there are different types of LARK locks and depending on whether you want to change your own code or if you hold the master code and want to add codes, you should download the instructions for your particular lock or call our helpline on 01527 68885 or 07775 930 212 for assistance.

How do I change the batteries?

The battery pack is at the back of the keypad on the front of the lock. You undo the top screw only on the keypad and using the inserted finger grip lift the battery pack out. The lock takes 4 AA batteries and we recommend that you only use Duracell batteries as they make better contact than others and hold more power.

How do I contact ILS out of hours if I have a problem?

We offer all of our customers access to our 24-hour helpline. You can contact us on 01527 68885 during business hours, or on 07775 930 212 outside of business hours.
