Intelligent Locking Systems is a highly customer-focused company and we pride ourselves on the close relationships we have developed with our clients. We do everything possible to keep our customers happy and reassured that we are always here to help satisfy their evolving needs.

We offer a range of breakdown and preventative maintenance service options for locks, safes and other seils customer support imagecurity products:

 

 

1. Breakdown cover (charged on a time and materials basis)

Nationwide breakdown support is available to all customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. First line support is provided via our helpline, which is 01527 68885 during business hours and 07775 930212 outside of business hours. Many issues are resolved by our helpline staff, but if the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, we can get an Engineer out to you the same day. More than 95% of our customers’ problems are cleared within 24 hours.

2. Preventative cover (charged on a time and materials basis)

This package includes both breakdown support, as described above, and preventative maintenance. Planned maintenance is carried out every 6 months or annually depending on the client requirements. All equipment is fully inspected and serviced, and both an up to date asset list and a maintenance report are then prepared, detailing the equipment’s condition and the servicing undertaken. This option ensures that client equipment remains in optimum condition, reducing the occurrence of faults and minimising down-time. The asset list is also a key tool in future budgeting.

3. All inclusive cover (charged on a fixed price basis)

As the title suggests, this package includes full breakdown and preventative cover for a single fixed price, offering total peace of mind.

Training is another key service offered by Intelligent Locking Systems. When we install any of our products, we always ensure that both managers and operators are fully trained in their use. However, both staff and procedures change over time, so we offer additional training as required. If you feel extra training is required, simply call and we will arrange for this at a time and location to suit you.
